It effectively resolves common problems triggered by SRB contamination, including blackened water quality, pipeline corrosion, and elevated suspended solids generated by corrosion byproducts.
Applications
- It serves for algae and bacteria elimination in oilfield water injection systems, and works as an antiseptic biocide in fracturing fluids.
- It can be used as a clay stabilizer.
- The stock solution or diluted solution can be directly pumped into water treatment systems. The typical continuous dosage ranges from 50 to 100 ppm, and continuous or intermittent dosing methods are both applicable.
