Product Features

  • Exceptional cold resistance: Outperforms all conventional plasticizers in low-temperature performance, maintaining flexibility even at-50°C to-60°C, making it suitable for extreme cold environments in Russia and Northern Europe.
  • Low volatility and aging resistance: With a long carbon chain structure, it exhibits low weight loss upon heating and does not harden over prolonged outdoor use;
  • Environmentally friendly and free from phthalates: Free from restricted phthalates such as DEHP, compliant with Russia's and EU's REACH regulations, suitable for food contact applications and low-temperature medical consumables;
  • Low toxicity and safety: Extremely low toxicity, approved for use in frozen food packaging materials in Europe, America, and Russia;
  • Stable insulation properties: High volume resistivity makes it ideal for outdoor cable materials in cold climates;
  • Excellent rubber compatibility: Does not interfere with rubber vulcanization, enhancing the low-temperature elasticity of seals.

Applications

  • PVC Industry: Cold-resistant power cables and locomotive cable sheaths for Siberia and Far East infrastructure projects in Russia; cold-resistant automotive sealing strips, window and door edge seals, and low-temperature interior leather materials; PVC flexible tubes for refrigeration equipment and cold storage facilities, as well as low-temperature agricultural greenhouse films; low-temperature medical PVC flexible tubes and frozen food packaging films (high-purity grades require Russian RZN hygiene certification).
  • Synthetic rubber (20%) including nitrile NBR, chloroprene CR, and ethylene-propylene diene monomer EPDM – used for cold-resistant seals, shock-absorbing pads, and low-temperature hydraulic hoses, maintaining stable performance at-40°C.
  • Special Lubricants / Military-Aerospace Applications (15%): Low-temperature aviation instrument lubricants, damping oils for precision instruments, hydraulic low-temperature fluids, and specialized formulations for cold-climate equipment.
  • Others (20%): Cold-resistant coatings, ink plasticizers, artificial leather low-temperature modifiers, and PVC plasticizing paste low-temperature improvement agents.
