Plasticizers
DOTP (Dioctyl Terephthalate)
Phthalate-Free & Environmentally Compliant
Product Features
- Phthalate-Free & Environmentally Compliant
- Its molecules feature a para-benzene ring structure without restricted ortho-phthalate groups. Complying with the REACH Regulation, it can replace DEHP/DOP in children’s products, indoor building materials and food-contact packaging with no risk of fogging precipitation.Ultra-High Insulation Performance
- Its volume resistivity is far higher than that of DOP. It serves as a standard raw material for 70°C civil building cables and household wiring. It prevents electric leakage under long-term power supply and meets the large-scale demands of civil infrastructure construction.
- Heat Resistant & Low Volatility for Durable Products
- Boiling at 400°C, it generates minimal fumes during high-temperature processing. Products such as outdoor construction materials and floors resist yellowing and hardening over long-term service, and deliver outstanding resistance to water and detergent extraction.
- Exceptional Cost Performance & Strong Compatibility
- Its plasticizing efficiency is close to DOP. It can be blended with DPHP, DOS and TOTM at any ratio. As a primary base material, it drastically cuts formulation costs and is ideal for mass-produced civil PVC products.
- Safe & Stable Storage and Transportation
Applications
- Civil Wires and Cables
- Household wiring, 70°C low-voltage cables for construction, indoor home appliance wires, general agricultural wiring harnesses.
- PVC Building Materials
- Indoor PVC flooring, wallpaper, door and window sealing strips, indoor waterproof rolls, plastic pipes, artificial leather sofas.
- Light Industrial Consumer Goods
- Soft toys for children, PVC gloves, raincoats, packaging films, plasticized pastes, mandatory demand complying with non-phthalate regulations.
- Other Segments
- General medical hoses, foamed underlayers for automotive interiors (used with compounded DPHP), plasticizers for coatings and inks.
