Product Features
- Low volatility and anti-fogging properties (essential requirements for automotive interiors): With long molecular side chains and significant steric hindrance, its volatilization loss at high temperatures is significantly lower than that of DOP and DINP; it prevents fog formation in high-temperature vehicle environments and eliminates white fog deposition on instrument panels and interior leather surfaces, making it the preferred raw material under mandatory automotive standards.
- High migration resistance and low leaching: does not migrate to product surfaces even after prolonged use, with no issues of frost formation or oil seepage; compatible with high-end membrane materials and outdoor building components, and remains flexible under prolonged outdoor exposure to sunlight without hardening.
- Heat-resistant aging performance: Compatible with 90°C cable materials, it directly replaces DIDP in producing UL-certified wires and cables rated for UL70–90°C operation. It exhibits no oil fumes during prolonged high-temperature processing, maintains stable insulation properties, and is suitable for Russian construction projects, locomotives, and outdoor power cables.
- Broad temperature range resilience with excellent cold and weather resistance: PVC products maintain flexibility even at solidification points below-45°C or in low-temperature environments as low as-40°C in Siberia and the Far East; they exhibit superior UV resistance and weather performance compared to DINP/DOTP, making them suitable for outdoor waterproof membranes and advertising films.
- Compliant and low toxicity with no export barriers (LD50> 5000 mg/kg), not classified as a High Concern Substance (HCS) under the EU's SVHC list; DPHP serves as the primary compliant alternative for high-end industrial products.
